I keep getting random game crashes with and without addons still keeps happening.
Is this due the launch of "unlimited" or are the other reasons to it?

I"m with you on that. In fact, ESO has just crashed 7 times in the last hour with me and refused to even start a few times. The crashes has started when 1.6 was release and has gotten worse. This game has had a long history of odd crashes and issues that normally don't go away lest you re-download the entire game and start from fresh. I'm not doing that this time. ZOS has one sorry client and that's all I"m saying to keep my self from saying anything else because it's super bad language. I have unsub till this is cleared up if ever.

Not even working this time. I downloaded all 40GB of data yesterday. I had the PatchManifestError and followed the advice on how to fix that, resulting in me needing to download all data again. Took a good 3 hours to download and install. Afterwards I played 30 minutes, logged off and was immediately met by the PatchManifestError. Sigh.

I am ignoring that error now, but since that time I've had 3 times that ESO.exe 'stopped interacting with Windows' and just now I got kicked off the server, couldn't log back in anymore so I completely quit everything to find that the launcher was once again showing the PatchManifestError.

    It's starting to be irritating.
Edit: Restarted the Launcher, was met by a system message saying my game was broken. Clicked OK. Same message immediately again. Clicked OK. PatchManifestError, clicked OK. Only option now, even after yet another restart of the launcher is Repair. Sigh. I'll repair.

After repair on start immediate crash of eso.exe
I have again repaired, again restarted and immediately killed the launcher process. Let's see if that stabilizes things.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom, mind asking around on what is causing these crashes?

    Jord.

I've had the same problem, the game crashes at what seems to be completely random intervals with no common denominator. I've tried pretty much every fix imagineable- the FPS is fine- running at 60 on ultra and my computer's temp is within limits too. Yet the game just crashes out of the blue.
