I didn't receive mine today and after relogging a few times I sent in a phone request ticket and got a call back in less than 10 minutes. They verified that my account was eligible and he applied the mount right then and it showed up instantly!

13000 crowns....over 330 days paid on account...
I even emailed support last week to avoid a problem in advance and they confirmed last week I was eligible for all rewards now....
and....nothing. No loyalty rewards, no mount....
Tried re loggin, restarting client, logging into all characters....and nothing.

Go to support, on the right it says Ask for Help and select the phone option instead of email.

I have just had my call back from support and he is telling me what the support page on web site says is wrong, what Gina says is wrong and what the forums are saying is wrong.....
First he said they are still sending them out....which is wrong...
Then he said even though I have 330 paid game time on my account before the cut off date I am not eligible ....
Then he said everything the mods / devs told me is wrong, the support website is wrong and I should not be getting the loyalty rewards or the senche mount....
I explained I got confirmation from support last week that I was eligible and will be getting all loyalty and mount rewards, I explained what we have been told on forums and what it says on support website, it seemed to fall completely on death ears....
I only thought it was terrible service from this support guy, sorry but it was.
He said he is passing me on to Gina directly and I will get another call back....
