Seraphyel✭✭✭✭✭You won't see any critic reviewing PC TESO TU because it's still quite the same game as TESO launch.
On MetaCritic there isn't even a new category for PC Tamriel Unlimited, only for One & PS4.
Maybe some critics will update their reviews, but I doubt that.
Tamriel Unlimited is a more polished launch ESO with still the same weaknessess and only few new "strengths". -

✭✭✭✭✭Reviews - Probably will be found in text format on gaming sites and will heavily draw upon press releases from Zenimax. After a couple of weeks when people have had time to properly take in the changes then you will likely see more material - the first weekend has not passed yet.
Guides - there are tons of them out there on you tube - Deltia does a lot of good stuff. Also a fairly good streaming community on Twitch which will let you see gameplay in progress.
Then there is my own material which is a little ... different. I don't do guides or show unedited gameplay - I mostly make silent films and dance videos. The costume preview one though I think is quite useful for seeing what the new store costumes look like on moving characters. The silent films have got pretty good feedback too so maybe give them a try even if you are not sure if they will be your sort of thing
