Performance decay after the "crown store patch"
Wondering if anyone is experiencing this. Used to have no issue on my notebook playing ESO, it's a i7 quad core, 12 gb ram nvidia geforce GT635M, not the top for sure but enough to run the game at 25-30 fps most of the time with good graphic settings. After the patch wich introduced the crown store I noticed a performance decay that starts after a 15-20 minutes of playing, the game slows down to 6-7 fps, impossible to play and modifying the graphics settings seems to have no impact. Restarting the game (not logging out) resolves the issue for another 15-20 minutes. I also play on iMac and that doesn't seem to happen wirh Mac OS, any help?

jacktors11✭✭Same here. I just logged into the game after the Tamriel Unlimited patch. Now I am getting 6 fps on my current Medium settings. I had to bring my settings down to Minimal just to have 35 FPS. I never had this problem with my GTX 560TI card and 8 G Ram.0 -
It seems that something is bugged with the server since I played yesterday evening and everything seems to be returned to normal. I'm gonna have a play session tonight to check if everything's all right.0

Yes, I've noticed this too. The framerate is on average lower, and the gpu usage is 60-75% max. Running NVidia 780ti using the second latest drivers. On my system there are massive cpu spikes when changing settings, and one cpu is maxed during a normal loading screen, but as soon as the world drops in all cpu's drop back to below 50% usage.0 -

Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

Played today, I must say I also updated the graphic drivers and followed the instruction in another thread to modify some settings and now the game plays smooth.0
