Inner Light & Drain Essence bug

Hello there,
I am currently a returning player from ESO and I have come across two different bugs:
1) Inner Light will appear for some time, and then it will just disappear (the blue little orb, I also tried to fiddle with graphics settings on both ingame and externally to see if it was a particle issue, but nothing.)
2) I cannot use Drain Essence on anything - the debuff appears where I've used it too often and need to wait 3 seconds, however, after that it doesn't allow me to use it on anything unless I fully restart ESO.
Some advice on this would be amazing.

DakotaCoty✭✭✭I can't seem to edit my post, but I have new information to add:
When I use Drain Essence, it will allow me to it to some of the monsters in this cave (mostly all of them are the same type) when I successfully channel the skill and then I try to use it on a new group of mobs which are the same ones, I get this message saying "Your target is immune" - they shouldn't be as I have JUST used the skill on the same pack of monsters a few minutes ago...0 -
Seravi✭✭✭✭✭There is a setting to turn off the orb as a lot of us don't like having it. The setting doesn't seem to be working properly. I have mine set to off so I won't see the orb and I see it 99% of the time, then it will just go away for a while. Others that do want the orb have reported the same issue you are seeing. Seem the orb is a bit shy at times and just wants to hide.
I've seen the drain essence bug as well. I don't have to restart ESO thank goodness. I can just wait a few seconds and use it after I see the "target is immune" notice. I've been watching to see if possibly I am actually hitting one target that is immune causing it to fail. So far I haven't seen that to be the case.
