[BUG] Evil Hunter weapon swap visual glitch.

When you apply this ability from the Fighters Guild to your weapon then swap weapons, the visual effect will glitch every time. Basically what happens is that the visuals get stuck on the wrong weapon. For example if you use it on a 2H sword and swap to bow, the bow will have a broken visual for 2H. It is in the wrong place and doesn't follow the bow. Then if you swap back, the 2H will have the bow visuals and be in the wrong place for 2H.

pema✭✭✭I did have it with weapons swap that only one of my blades (DW) would glow.
Somtimes when I sheat my weapons it shows like I wear a bow.

✭✭✭✭✭Well, this was driving me crazy so I wrote a small addon to fix the problem.
This basically just calls a refresh on your character when you weapon swap which keeps the right effect for your current weapon. It is a simple internal toggle so there is no delay or performance decrease. ESOUI is still waiting to approve the file so it should be available to download through the Minion download manager later today.

Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
