Looks like they made an attempt to fix his solid white eyes but now they are clouded over like he is blind instead of possessed.

The way they look now......

And the way they looked for a long, long, long time.....

I thought the way he looks now (like there's a milky film covering over his eyes) is intentional? Certainly looks mad enough :)

I cant believe its been this long and his eyes are still messed up lmao. There is truly no hope for Cyrodiil.

Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

Quite likely. Its most noteable in lore from the oblivion era, with the transition of the CoC into becoming Sheogorath and the line about him taking his eyes.

Figures it might be a recuring theme with the Mad God, if it happened then, no reason it didnt before in our era.

    Hey there @Blade_07,

This is working as designed. While Uncle Sheo's eyes were not meant to be the pure white that they were in the past, the changes in 1.6 are more consistent with Sheogorath's appearance.

i think they should have used his character model from oblivion, i mean this is before the champion became sheo, as such the character model they are using now is from the future

Why not use his Daggerfall model. That one was far cooler.

But seriously, there isn't much problem with this. There's no reason that 4e Sheo couldn't have just trying on some of his predecessor's outfits when he met the Dragonborn. He had a lot of madness to get caught up on, after all.

lol still posts on this? Next time you see him walk close and look right into his eyes. They in fact are not simply white. They have a look as if looking into some swirling ethereal plain. It is clearly by design. Certainly the brightness required adjustment and appears to have been done.
