ESO so laggy almost unplayable!

I logged on today to do the daily pledge and had to call it a day very soon after. There was such a delay when activating abilities. Moving around was not a problem. After pressing the button for an ability there was a big delay in the animation and then another delay for it to take effect. Hard times as a healer lol. Can we expect this everyday?
