Not received all earned Crowns!

I logged in after patching and I had a balance of 3.5k Crowns. My buddy had 6.5k Crowns and we both subbed at the same time, pre-original launch and during the Beta. I still have a number of months left on my current subscription. Today when I logged in I have a balance of 4.7k Crowns. This is still not right. I have submitted a bug ticket. Anyone else have a similar problem?

Iago✭✭✭✭✭They made a statement yesterday after the NA patch that it may take up to a week forneveryone to receive all of their crowns.
That which we obtain to cheap we esteem to lightly, it is dearness only that gives everything its value.

✭✭✭I think most people just dumped loads of game time cards before the update hit so thats why your seeing crazy numbers.
Some people have hundreds of days in ESO plus and 15000+ crowns...all from 60 day time cards. With all the loyalty rewards as well even though they only just came back to the game.

Today, we will begin distributing crowns to eligible accounts. You will receive 100 crowns for every month you were previously subscribed, and 1500 crowns for every remaining month left in your subscription. Please understand that this process may take until the end of the week to complete, and there may be a period of time where you only see a partial number of crowns on your account. There may also be a slight delay this week from the time you purchase crowns from the ESO Store, and when you receive your crowns in-game.
If you haven’t received all your allotted crowns by 5:00pm EDT on Friday, March 20th, please contact our Support Team so they can assist you.
