Tamriel Unlimited doesn't go live until tomorrow at 2pm GMT (10am EDT), so if you're a returning player who played at launch, you'll have to wait until then before you can log in and play without a subscription.

I had a friend who had a similar problem to this. They bought ESO directly from the Elder Scrolls Online store and never got a game registration code at launch. My friend has always used game cards but recently was asked to enter a game registration code. They had to open a ticket and the CSR was able to make the time card work by entering it in for them.

You want to add a time card to your account but you currently aren't able to?

Keep in mind they've just patched the game to be ready for tomorrow B2P launch, but Tamriel Unlimited hasn't gone fully live yet, so it's possible the game is currently in a bit of "limbo" situation.

If you're trying to add a time card to get the Senche Tiger mount, I'm afraid you're already too late, because the cut-off was "PRIOR to March 16th" as listed in the original Road Ahead article.

This topic is from 2 years ago and is about a completely different issue.

The OP was trying to add a time card to their account (and old way of buying subscription time) and it wasn't working.
