Why can't we sell laundered stolen clothing in Guild Stores?

I, for one, was really looking forward to the way this would effect the in-game economy. There is surely a market for these items and now "WTS Traveler's Boots" and etc. is filling up Zone chat again since this is the only way people can offload these items. Please ZOS, let us put these items in guild stores for sale.

If the item isn't bound then there is no logical reason they shoud not be sold in guild stores.

So either the intention was to leave them as bound items once laundered or someone didn't make a change somewhere in relation to the store and the game still thinks that they are bound items.

Actually I'd like to see all stolen items unbound once laundered. If you want to buy a nice picnic basket or set of false teeth to send to a freind for RP purposes or to celebrate Fishmas then why not?

I agree. I was really confused that I could not find the clothes I wanted to sell on the guild store until I realized ZoS failed to make them sell-able.

I suspect it's just an oversight and I truly hope they fix it.

I had the same question when I found out that I can't sell it. Only spam WTS in zone chat.

Had this discussion. The issue seems to be, at least to us, that these items lack a type, and therefore can't be sorted into the store filters like standard armor. I don't think it's because they were meant to be bound, as bound items still show up when I'm selling. Hopefully they fix that in the near future.

In the meantime, we as players could maybe agree on a location to sell theses clothes at. Since they all have generic desguise icons, you really need to see them in person to know what you're getting.

You can't sell them but you can put them in the guild bank. That's what I have been doing. TCC has several pieces of clothes in the guild bank.
