Can anyone answer questions about ESO on PS4? Would like to know how to get Imperial Edition

So most of my friends play on console but I've always enjoyed the Elder Scrolls franchise so I went and got the game for PC. Well, I found it very frustrating have to constantly restart the game so I can see quest rewards so I stopped playing and never resubbed.

Now that ESO is coming to console, and hopefully the bugs will be fix, most of my friends will be playing the game as well. What I want to know is how do I get the Imperial Edition on the PS4? I looked around and the only Imperial Edition costs $125 and comes with a figurine (which I don't want).

Will I have to create a dummy character, log into the game, open the Cash Store (or whatever it is called in game), but the Imperial Edition then delete my character and start over? Is there any chance that since I have the Imperial Edition edition now I do have to rebuy it for PS4??

Will there be any perks for players that have both the PC and console versions??

Well, if you already have IE and you planning to copy your characters on console, you'll still have IE. I don't think that there will be perks for console and PC. It's just an oportunity to continue to play on platform you prefer.
