NB - Which Of These Two Builds Is Better For PvE?

I'm a level 37 Nightblade, and was just wondering which of the following two builds you guys think would be best for general PvE (solo'ing, dungeons, leveling etc).
Builds (Just compare Weapon Swap 1 & 2)

1st build gives less survivability but more damage I think, with Shadowy Disguise and Surprise Attack. Although the Surprise Attack benefits won't work on bosses
2nd build gives more survivability (with Swallow Soul) and more mobility (Ambush) but less damage? I'm not sure.
Which would you guys suggest?
