[Suggestion] Enemy and Neutral health bars...

Please remove neutral health bars from the "enemy npc" setting in Interface Settings. I'm tired of yellow bars everywhere. They are not enemies so I see no need for them. Give them their own setting drop down. I know it's easy to just lump them in with enemy bars, but that's also just lazy. And no I will not turn on show enemy bars when injured, I want them on all the time.

    Agree. I have HP bars turned OFF for friendly NPCs for a reason..i dont want to see them in towns. Now, every single justice system eligible NPC has their HP bar tied to ENEMY HP BARS in the settings. So if you turn on the enemy HP bars, you see the townies HP bars too. I am not going to go into my settings and change this EVERY time I goto town. Thus, I have my town immersion totally ruined because I want to see enemy HP bars during combat.

    The white glow is enough to know they are "justice eligible".

    Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
    Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
    Disable abilities while holding block.
    Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
    Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
    Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
    Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
    Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

    I only see those if their health is below 100%.

    I assume there is a setting for that, but I'm not in game right now to check.

    Because that is how you have enemy bars set to show, only when hurt.
