I really love playing ESO, it's in my top 5... but

I can't play it... I started playing on beta and played it for 3 months on my laptop that was above minimum but below recommended settings.
the reason I had to stop was because my hard drive failed and my laptop became useless... So for the past few months of saving up since most of my money goes to school/rent...I got a desktop.
now I started playing ESO again but I noticed the same things happening before on my laptop( FPS drops and freezes in other games) and when I went top defrag my computer the issue fixed but most of the fragmented files were ESO files.
I really enjoy the game but I have stopped playing it because I don't want to go an extended amount of time without a computer again...
idk what to do... I'm running a A8 processor and I get a solid 30 FPS but I'm worried that my hard drive will break again.

Anilahation✭✭✭✭✭My solution atm is to just start saving up again to buy a digital storm vanquish II hopefully by August so I can play the game safely.1
