Vision Quest quest line in Dashaan, EP

I have gotten all the way to the boss battle at the end and got killed before destroying the crystal. I can't get back into the underground area. I go to the trapdoor to the library and talk to Tedras he won't let me into the trap door, and the trap door won't open so I can't get back in there to finish the quest. I don't want to do it over again from the beginning. Please help! TIA

Hi there, @Luv2Travel1. Unfortunately the workaround for this bug is to abandon and reacquire the quest. We understand that it's not the solution you are looking for and appreciate your understanding!

At the start of the quest the npc comes,says his line and tries to capture me inside the bubble but I'm invincible
I've tried all steps from eso support (soft resets,abandon retake q,leave the area,repairing the game,etc) and the problem has escallated.I will provide with the solution for future problems as soon as it's solved.

I am assuming you have not had any updates for this issue? I seem to be stuck here also.
