Two Quality of life bugs still not fixed after 1.6.6

First:
Add-ons: NEVER used them, never downloaded any.
Drivers/Updates: All checked updated via windows Update/Secunia PSI/Slimdrivers.
1. The "xxgear has been repaired" popping up when NOT repairing, was standing at NPC near main Blacksmith area, selling some stuff to her in Mournhold when this happened.
2. Sound does not work at all in game, works great everywhere else, even the loud sound when logging in and going thru the long sequence of company logos.
Are these items on the known issue list? Lack of sound is especially bad when going thru quest dialogue.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭I have sound issues as well but only in combat. I have repaired twice just for giggles and it hasn't helped. My game background music plays fine, npc talking, world noises etc are all fine until I go into combat. As soon as I engage an enemy there is a four second delay in combat sounds only. I can hear my clanfear and twilight making sounds fighting but any skill sounds have a four second delay. I then hear them for four seconds and then they go out again for four seconds. Rinse and repeat until npcs are dead. It isn't a latency issue as I have said I can hear other sounds just fine in combat. It's skill sound related only.1 -
