Annoying mouse cursor not dissapearing bug in cyrodiil

I had this bug both pre and after 1.6, after spending some minutes playing in cyrodiil , if I open the map, after closing it the UI stays in that "setup" meaning the mouse cursor wont dissapear, I cant activate skills and I can only turn around the camera if I hold right click. The only way to make it go back to normal is to use mount.
