How can they ignore a simple stuck character for over 24 hours??

all I have is a stuck toon

anyone see an issue with this??

Are you stuck outside or inside?. If outside can't you just Travel to way shrine for a few gold pieces?

If stuck in pve, use travel to way shrine.
If stuck in pvp, use travel to other campaign.

You know that creating repeated threads and bug reports on the same issue doesn't actually help clarify things, right? It actually makes it much harder for CS to assist you.

You found out in one of your other threads that they've escalated one of your tickets, and the moderator let you know that a bug report is not a ticket (a kind way of saying that you didn't actually alert them in a way that let them know you needed help). Now that they actually know you need help, it will still probably take a little bit of time. So be patient and play on another character.

I can port out of the outlaw refuge, (just bring up world map and port to any way shrine)
Or bring up guild menu and port to any member.

Or are you in a falling loop and can not bring up the guild window or map window?

Still 24hrs is a long time being stuck but last bug I logged was 48hrs before they contacted me

I thought 24 hours was being patient - since they made /stuck not work

and port does not work

They have a lot on their plates right now. It sucks, but like they say above... Try to be patient

Ok you can not - group port
you can not /stuck
you can pick a spot on the map and port out!

HOLY CRAP -- ok nothing to see here (feeling very stupid)

Still... 24h for a stuck is a bit too much... but i think they fired most of their support, i made a ticket and its been a few days no answer. They used to answer in about an hour max...

But o well, we no longer have to pay the sub, so they must cut some costs.
