Not time based but actually game based. If you do something like fishing, learning a new motif, gaining an achievement, clearing a story related dungeon first ... all of this should give XP or even CP´s.
What shouldn't give anything are repeating things like killing mobs, running the same dungeons, abusing grind spots etc.
I feel so sad that such a good idea like the CS isn't bound to playing but working this game. We have so many achievements, why not make them rewarding? Same with the quests and story related things like dungeons, sky shards ...?
Its all there, but no we are limited to the grinding again.sad
