First and formost, this is not in anyway intended to be a troll thread. Discussion only please.
We all pay to play this game, some of us have more time to invest in the game.
Plus we all get our enjoyment from this game in different ways, you pay for that.
Grinders, to me, are people that like the so called ( easy way to level) they spend hours trying different area's and dungeons to find the sweet spot.
Then comes the tweeking, they figure out just how to squeeze the max amount of xp for their time.
All of this, to me, takes away from playing a game and questing and exploring in other words its why I pay to play.
Now here's where it gets dicey.
When a person grinding finds out he/she can really boost the leveling to a unreal level. For now its gaining cp.
So by gaining cp at a tremendous rate, I would also say at a rate never expected by the designers.
They now gain an unfair advantage over anyone not doing their grind exactly the way they have figured out how to do this.
So now I would term it a EXPLOIT, and no matter how the grinder feels, because of the way his/hers tweeks work, they will use every excuse in the book to
defend their tweeks, but if said tweek smells bad, I would say they know deep down its abusing some fact in the game, so it really is a exploit.
They worked hard to figure out how to bend the game to gain something.
So are they wrong or just playing the game the way they want too ???
