I got the same thing when I zoned out of Serpent Grotto near the end of that little quest. For a little while after there was some weird lag spikes then it seemed to level out back to normal.. Normal not counting the pathing problems in Greenshade that is.0 -

its too rare, customer support didnt contact me too, but im okay
i investigating this by myself
error occurs after
- "Enter" to load hero into the game
- ~60 sec loadscreen
