Early on when 1.6 was first released to NA PTS server, you could kill that whiny #itch near the Belkarth WS. I murdered her about six times myself that first day or two. Don't know why ZOS made her an untouchable.

✭✭✭✭✭I am not a participant in the Murder side of the Justice System. I even have the game set to not hurt innocent NPCs.
However I would change that in a second if I could murder 3 or 4 certain NPCs in the game. All mentioned in this thread.
Problem is, they would respawn.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
