I think it's the removal of the AoE cap.
In Spellscar, if I pull three or four of the big packs and pop a Meteor on them, everything freezes up for half a second. Similarly, I notice the worst lag in Cyrodiil after an inner keep has been breached, and you get a mass of concentrated AoE damage and AoE heals. Pack enough people spamming Impulse, Meteor, Healing Springs and like into a small area, and time effing stops.
Yes. All I was expected was for Cyrodiil to run a bit better now, but instead it just seems to run worse. Client performance tanks at 10-15 fighting now, while it used to be like 20-30 people in 1.5 and 50+ before the patch that didn't cause any problems caused performance problems.the patch just made it even worse as it already is. Thank you!

No. It is happening on all servers in areas where there is good number of players. Siege offense/defense is almost impossible when the inner is breached because it will take your skills 5 minutes to execute. And this is on Chillrend.
