Issues with Fence

We need a UI modification or an Addon developed that shows a countdown timer for the fencing of items.
I understand, though do not like, the need for a timer but as is I cannot tell when I can fence new items.

I know that Higher level locks and chests give you more Ledgermain xp , is the same true for other fenced material?
Right now I can get 55 xp for 55 stolen poultry, but what about if I have 50 stolen Greens, do I get 100 xp? or 50 stolen Blues doe I get 150 xp?
