Comments on the new Provisioning recipes

From a lore perspective some of the new recipes in 1.6 are not relevant to Elder Scrolls (neither were some recipes pre- 1.6)
Why are there recipes like "Busy Bee Brew" and "Ginseng Sling?"
Can't we have recipes like "Stros M'Kai Rum" and "Cyrodillic Brandy" that have appeared in other incarnations of the Elder Scrolls?
Mainly I want a recipe called "Stros M'Kai Rum" or "Stros Rum" in the game because my guild is called Mercenary Marauders of M'Kai and it is our dream to have this drink in the game . . .
