The Forums are NOT the place to complain about bugs. Support are the people that relay any and all tickets about bugs they get to the different teams that handle them. The Forums are NOT the place to report them. Doing this, you risk the bug getting buried under all of the other information constantly flowing in and never actually handled. Not because of Zenimax, but because of incompetence on your end!

Zenimax PR are not the people to be yelling bugs at, that's not their job even though you better feel lucky they are happy to play the part!

Zenimax reads every ticket and will almost always respond to every ticket individually within 24 hours. Just because it isn't fixed 2 seconds after you find it, doesn't mean they aren't aware of it.

tl;dr YOU are doing this game a great disservice if you only complain on the forums and never ticket the bugs you find.

    A group of us have filled a ticket everyday since last April that empire tower was unable to be discovered, and the boss spiders fell through the rocks. Are they fixed?
    I'd check but my game became corrupt this morning and I'm still downloading.
    Otherwise, yeah we have filled tickets. Nothings done. So we come here, to vent. Out of all those filled, we received one actual real response that wasn't a canned we are working on it message.

    A group of us have filled a ticket everyday since last April that empire tower was unable let to be discovered, and the boss spiders fell through the rocks. Are they fixed?

    They know about this. They've acknowledged it. They know it's a problem and are working on it, I think they fixed it in one of the 1.6 patch notes.

    If you want a job as a forum moderator you need to apply for the job. Stop telling people what to post or not post in the forums and what ZO$ does or does not respond to as you have no official capacity here.

    ZO$ has clearly stated in multiple occasions they appreciate all feedback given if it is done in a tasteful and professional manner. If you don't like seeing threads about bugs and issues then don't read them or don't come to the forums. Have a nice day.

    You clearly have some bias against the health of the forum and to the game as a whole. Using phrases "ZO$" shows how you feel about the company and the game. Poorly. I understand now why you would be mad at people like me who only want to see the game flourish when you yourself don't support it.

I made this thread to help further healthy development of the game. I read these threads to help, and I make threads like this to help.

    For the record, threads on the front page are what most new players see when they first log on. Threads such as, "wtf is with the download speeds" - "are you kidding me ZO$??" isn't at all professional and spams the forum with unwanted and unneeded redundant requests to fix bugs that required a ticket and nothing more. This does nothing but spread negativity throughout the forum as we can clearly see it does.

    If the only thing you have to say on this subject is to ignore it or leave, I'm sorry to say you're doing more harm than good to the health of this game.

    You wrote a bunch of hyperbole that isn't worth responding to. The point remains that you are not employed by ZO$, you do not represent them in any way, and have no authority or right to attempt to moderate the forums by posting misleading information just so the forums are to your personal tastes. Btw, I am glad we are both having nice days.

    Yes, it's true ZOS needs to be mroe responsive to our tickets and inquiries. At the same time, I agree with the OP the general discussion is not the place to be complaining about bugs. As a player base, though, we need to be united in where we do most of our bug reports and we should probably go through the channels that ZOS has provided.

    There were always going to problems. There always is with a big shake up like this. If all you got to complain about is other people voicing concerns, I would say you really have nothing to worry about... Let em vent, it does people the world of good. I have seen at least one thread that solved the guys problem for him, so I'd say its always worth trying a forum post. That's one of the main reasons it is here, after all.
