Why no response on the enlightenment bug?

Many players in the forums and in game are saying that they are not receiving Enlightenment. In my case, the XP bar flashes and turns green showing that I am going earn expedited XP. My screen says "You are Enlightened" as a banner comes across, but the buff disappears after 1 second. I have seen this message 3 times. There is no way this is intended. Either I am enlightened or not. Some people have said that they get extra CP because the enlightenment lasts longer than 1 point for them. Serious?!?!

✭✭Really, some of us are receiving no enlightenment (or gaining it and immediately losing it before we can even use it) while others are receiving more than their fair share?Happy All the Holidays To You and Yours!
