[IDEA] Pay off Bounty w/ Alliance Points

Here is a suggestion for ZOS. I thought it would be pretty cool if players could pay off their bounty with alliance points in addition to gold. This would offer another incentive to pvp in Cyrodiil. One could argue that if you're a war hero, guards might be willing to negotiate with you. Thoughts?

I love the idea of your Heat level decreasing faster as you earn AP. Not specifically paying off your bounty, but hiding out and doing good for your alliance while you let the Heat die off. Encourage PvP, give people who are in too deep a way out.

Cyrodiil isn't affected by the Justice System and I see no reason to add this possibility to pay your bounty with AP. If you only PVP, your bounty will never go up and you'll never need to pay it off.

As @Epona222 said, it would be too easy to abuse for players with millions of AP: rampage through a city, kill all the NPCs to get their valuable (fenceable for gold) and pay off your bounty with AP.

I'm Imperial. I out rank guards. If I choose to kill someone common Street trash, the guards should be happy it wasn't them.

Well, alliance points are useful only in Cyrodiil. Presumably, their purpose is only to help maintain at least a semblance of an even playing field when it comes to acquiring PvP-related gear and items.

I don't know how much thieving and murdering of NPCs will be going on in Cyrodiil, but don't imagine as much as in other zones. There aren't that many ordinary citizen type NPCs in Cyr. So if you want to spend alliance points outside of Cyrodiil to pay off bounties, that would be extremely unfair to players who don't do much, if anything in Cyr, so they earn little to no AP. Gold is the only uniformly fair method of payment for bounties.

Sorry OP, I mean no disrespect to you, but your idea is not a good one.
