I just completed the quests in Arenthia (Reaper's March) and got cut off from the three really cool parts of the town (Resedential, Tower, and another one that i forgot the name of) that actually had empty buildings. Is there any way back into these parts of the town? or maybe a way to reset the town to redo the quests in order to get back into these parts?

No you cannot get back into those parts of the town after the quest is done.
It seems like laziness that this town is not put into a useable/explorable state after the quest is finished.GM - Ghost Sea Trading Co - NA PC
