While some of these nerfs apply to other classes, they more deeply impact sorcerers because of our dependence on magicka and lack of stamina utility:
-Light Armor has had its cost reductions and damage reductions nerfed
-Rebate now gives less than 1500 magicka where it used to give over 5,000 magicka on the PTS
-Our insta-cast pets now have a 1.3 second cast time (even longer with animation/gcd)
-Storm Calling skill costs have been increased by 10%
-Crit surge has a cooldown that prevents healing from aoe sources
-Crushing shock has had its damage decreased by 10%
-Damage shields are now far less effective (but still can't crit like heals)
-Overload now has a global cooldown
-Buff changes have lowered potential maximum spell damage/crit using potions
-Bound armor does not give any armor
-Critical chance from exploitation has been dropped significantly
-Lightning Form give less survivability than live for magicka users
NOTE:

+All these nerfs are occurring as stamina are buffed to amazing heights
+Most sorc dps remains reflected and absorbed
+Stamina costs for blocking/rolling/cc break for magicka users have sky-rocketed
