...hy there, sometimes i see PC´s dancing around......how do they do that....?

The beauty of dance emotes. Each race has one and you can do them all. Try /danceredguard . Shake it baby!

Type any of the following:

/dance
/dancedrunk
/dancebreton
/danceorc
/danceredguard
/dancenord
/danceargonian
/dancedunmer
/dancealtmer
/dancekhajiit
/dancebosmer
/danceimperial

The actual dance will depend on your characters' gender, each race with the exception of Altmer and Imperials have a different dance for each gender.

So a week ago I had a couple of buddies over, and we were playing ESO. While getting ready for a dungeon run my GF arrived. Naturally we all did dance emotes, so she got to walk in to see an ESO dance party going on on my monitor.

Good times.

Edit: I should note that by this time we had already consumed a significant amount of beer.
