    Little bit more clarification, but I've still never heard of these people and I spend most of my day under a rock in Cyrodiil. Just not in Thornblade.

    I was not logged in when this event took place; but was the AD population below 2 bars at the time? I log in for hireling mail early in the mornings when populations are at their lowest for all factions and AD has been around 2 bars at that time for several days now. I would expect similar or higher population numbers if this scroll relocation effort took place in the early afternoon east coast time. As such, two bars is hardly PvDoor.
