Coldharbor Fighter guild bug.

Seems like some of NPC in Coldharbor Fighter guild doubled and stay one in another, if there animation in different stages NPC can have 3 hands, 2 heads etc.

Yeah, the phasing mechanic sometimes produces this sort of result, though it 'goes away' if you leave the phased area and return I've found.
