Issues with stamina regen on heavy attack
ZOS this needs a hard look. The regen doesnt always happen, as it should. A couple examples:
Full draw, pause at end, hold and release, the bow tip dips slightly right and does not regen. Most of the time it wont dip and regens.
Same method, but use snipe (focused aim) release, never regens. Scatter shot will always trigger regen.
There are others, but those are the ones that really annoy, because being at range I take the time to watch the bow animation to see what is happening. I do know there are several melee functions that seem off too, but that may be an issue of your games atrocious targeting (make tab targeting actually work).
