Writ Problems part 2: recipe nearly unattainable

Long story short, I can't get the Golden Apple Ale recipe to fill my writ. It's a level 10 recipe, so I went to auridon and searched all over the place for it. Turns out, I can't get level 10 recipes from backpacks, etc because all my chars are 18+ (or can I?). I took my VR3 and went to every guild trader I had access to and couldn't find anyone selling it. I abandoned the writ and re-accepted it and got the same 2 things to turn in. I leveled normally by just crafting and then increased my provisioning rank to 2 then abandoned and picked up a writ again... SAME 2 ITEMS. Last thing I tried was making a new char, level to 10, and hit up the vulkhel guard bank chests heavily to find it. I only made it to level 6 at 3 AM before I gave up for the night. Any other ideas? Anyone have the recipe they can sell me?

donmuerte✭✭Also, I have 6 chars and I checked all of them to make sure I hadn't used the recipe accidentally on one I wasn't dedicating to provisioning and none of them had it. It seems like it must be pretty hard to find.0
