My Sea Drake Costume was destroyed during a Maormor Sea Viper quest like mentioned in this thread:

I did and cannot recall the flash of the ticket number as I would have expected it to also be present in your (normal) reply.

Just so you know this costume (ZOS sent me one in game) still does not work or do anything. When I equip it - the icon shows up on the 'hanger' but no animation, no appearance of costume, nothing.

Someone from ZOS emailed me and said 'level another character and do the quest again and see if that helps we don't know what to do.'

Have you tried getting another costume? I'm pretty sure the last time I've been there I got a costume as semi-random loot off some seadrake soldier despite my character having completed the quest a long time ago (and being a veteran). Or am I confusing quests now?
