Several Freeze of PC

Hello my name is Federico, i am From Argentina.

I bought ESO Standar edition (and a palomyno horse) saturday 14/02/15.
I was player of the ESO Beta too.

I downloaded the game perfectly, after finish i click on "Play" and my PC freezed.
I reboot and repair the game. It downloaded 2Gb.
I close the launcher and i run this with "ESO.EXE" it ran perfect, so i wrote my Account and my pasword and click on Log in.. i wait a few seconds and then appear the loading screen (You know, that with the wallpaper) Then my PC Freeze again..

Okay, i tried this a few times, and it happens at two points:
When i run the game (ESO.EXE or LAUNCHER)
OR after click on "Log in" Button with the loading screen.

I Opened a ticket ( 150215-001325 )
I follow the instructions from the support emails, Step by Step, (Uncheck load start-ups, and i sent him the "Report.txt file which i m attaching right here).

It didn't work so he told me he is moving my ticket to a special technician, and here i am waiting for an answer, i know it should be hard because i am not the unique and everybody have problems to be solved.

But i feel that i must do something to, more than just wait an email answer, i would like to know if some other player had this issue or something similar and maybe collect data.

    Indeed, your ticket is being reviewed by one of our specialists.
    In the meantime, did you try to run your Launcher as administrator?

    We would also recommend disabling your antivirus and firewall and then running your Launcher and game in order to know if the issue happens there.

    Could you please let us know about these three steps?

    Hello @ZOS_LenaicR‌ Thanks for answer, i did the 3 steps and nothing change, i wanna be careful because everytime i do this i have to reboot my Computer and i am afraid that something wrong could happen everytime i do this.

    For the other hand, thanks for telling me that my ticket is being viewed, i am more calm now... i m afraid if it has no solution
