New Idle Animations

Is anyone else disappointed with the new idle animations? Specifically when you have your weapons unsheathed. It looks very stiff and unnatural for my male dw imperial.
I've also noticed my characters knees were much smaller on the PTS than on live. Makes me look like a walking stick figure despite wearing a full set of heavy armor.
