New Armor/Food/Drink values?

So, I was checking out the Provision Update 6 Guide and noticed the food pics they were showing were quite high, like a level 15 item giving you +1500 Stamina, the level 45 stuff was giving +2000 to stats. I also noticed on the set bonus crating site I use that the Level 14 Legendary stuff gives WAY more to stats then it used to, Arena use to give around 100 or so at 14, now the site shows upwards of 500 or so. Are they beefing up stats in 6?

Note how the Caramelized Goat Nibbles gives 2310 health and 2112 to Stamina/Magic

Read the patch notes. Every stat, every piece of gear, everything got boosted by an order of 10 (roughly).

Yeah in game numbers are all increasing in 1.6 to be much larger, around ten times larger for some stats. The new recipes can be found here - 1.6 Recipes - and Sneak-Thief has made a great comparison chart (1.5 to 1.6) which is here.

Are they increasing difficulty of NPC's as well? Thats a big leap

Yeah. There's a full stat overhaul.
