they can be found in Chests in Cyrodiil Delves. You must farm the chests...any chest with an Intermediate lock or higher has a 50% chance to drop a Vet 14 Martial Knowledge, Way of the Air, Way of the Fire, etc. The drop rates are good, you should have no problem farming a set out of their as the chests have a fast respawn rate.Rinaldo Gandolphi-Breton Sorcerer Daggerfall Covenant

✭✭Like others here have said, chests in Cyrodiil Delves. The mobs there are only VR5, but the chests scale to your level.1 -

✭There's also 1 Chest in SO that can be reached solo (when it's there, which isn't often). You have to be VR14 for a Chest to have VR14 in it, either SO Chests or Cyro Chests/Dolmens. Understand it's ONLY the Chest at the end of the Dolmen that drops a single VR14 item, and sometimes a VR5 item also. Upper Craglorn Chests/mobs only net you VR13 items, even if you are VR14. SO Trash drops VR14 Martial Knowledge but at a very rare rate for some reason.
Almost nothing on Live but it actually matters a little bit on PTS since soft caps are gone.What's the start difference between V13 and V14? Because V13 drops a lot in Craglorn.0 -

I wish you luck. I've been trying to find it on Guild Kiosks and Zone chat for a week now (wanted to test full VR14 set pcs this go round on PTS) with no luck at all. The one person who had 2 pcs of it wanted 25K each. back when v12 was hard to get i paid 10k - 20k for the set. I been trying to farm it in cyrodiil but the drop rate is pretty bad.Formerly @Persian_Princess .. Now @Asgari

Chests only, period. I also have got to kill a lot of people who were doing dolmen or tried to ambush me at one. So people are doing it and it could rapidly be unprofitable.

I also have got to kill a lot of people who were doing dolmen or tried to ambush me at one. So people are doing it and it could rapidly be unprofitable.
You can also get these items from chests in veteran city of ash. There are usually 1 or 2 chests per run.

Ya I have been running your build while I do it so the encounters aren't particularly challenging. I'm a ww instead but it doesn't matter very much.
I met one pve dk who tried to do their crushing shock dps rotation on me. Best pvp fight ever. I didn't have to move.

I've actually had someone kill them self with CS on my wings, then message me for hacking.2
