If I download the EU Megaserver is it possible to play with my US friend?

    No. That's why there are EU and NA servers.

    Yeah but been playing Path of Exile alot where you can play cross server :) so wondered if this was the same.

    U can play with ur friend on the NA server. u just have to download a NA copy of the game aswell. In the launcher just select North America as the megaserver.
    The restriction is that u wont have access to ur EU characters on the NA realm and vice versa.
