New PC Build for TESO (and other games)

So over Christmas, I lost my laptop which I've used to play video games for almost five years. Fortunately, it was covered by insurance and will be replaced, but I've decided to spend part of my tax return (about $1200) building my a dedicated computer for TESO and other games, as well as my work/hobbies which included photography and photo editing/compositing, and film editing.

One question: Does anyone else use a SSD has a boot drive combined with another storage hard drive? I always put my games on Windows 7 (the OS I'm using) into a dedicated games directory (C:\Games\) and I thought I'd put that directory on my storage drive - or does it need to be on my SSD if I do this? Will I lose the performance benefits of an SSD?

Here's my parts list. Yes, I have to build from the ground up as I have nothing for a PC (except my brother does have a Corsair 500 watt power supply, so I could dump the one on the list if I really needed to).

Looking for advice and suggestions. Just an FYI - I'm already $100 over my budget and can't go any higher.
