Stop making us draw weapons in towns/cities/banks from [snip] AoE spam.

For the love of (insert your deity here), stop making everyone draw their weapons in towns/cities/banks whenever some [snip] casts an AoE spell.
This has bugged me since beta, and haunts everyone to this day. It happens EVERY time I need to visit a town/city/bank... and not just once.
I logged on briefly just now, in a major city (to check my hireling mail) and was forced to sheath my weapon SIX times in under 5 minutes.
THIS is why many people oppose a dueling system... that would mean even more [snip] spam in population hubs.

And while they are at it, they need to remove pets/summons/magic from banks and crafting areas.
