Palomino Horses in Crown Store?

Because ZeniMax said that the content currently included in the ESO online store will be moved to the Crown Store, does this include the Palomino Horse? Because I saw the Imperial Upgrade as the only item I've seen before in the ESO store.

Yes, the palomino horse will be available in the Crown Store for purchase.
