No Connection (or I'm getting disconnected as soon as I'm in)

Hello,
the last hours I'm trying to login back to the game, but I either can't get in in the first place, or if I can, I keep getting disconnected with half a dozen different error codes by now.

My internet connection is fine, everything else on the internet also works fine, it's only the game that doesn't.

I repaired it again, restarted the router, flushed the DNS, etc, but nothing helps, I cannot get back to the game.

Whenever I was in and came to a loading screen (entering a dungeon, f.e.), I could hear from the PC already that it will never load anymore (when that loud noise goes down), then I get disconnected and get another error message, every single time, if I could get in at all, as I said earlier.

When I open the launcher, it also takes ages for it to recognize the realm status.

I'm on NA Server and in Germany, if this helps, and I did not change anything on my system and settings in a while.
Earlier today it worked just fine, except for the lag became worse and worse.

Any ideas how I could ever get back in the game?

Still no reply? The problem still extists, I need about an hour and 30 attempts to leave an interior, if I can get in the game at all.
I didn't hear from the customer service (mail) either.

Customer support does their best to respond to all tickets within 24 hours of submission. If you happen to have a ticket number, we'd be happy to take a look and ensure that it's in the right place.

Connection issues can occur for a very large variety of reasons, so it is best suited to individual assistance through customer support. They will be able to gather and analyze the necessary information to determine the issue and offer troubleshooting to help you out. Thanks for your patience!

Hello again and thank you for your reply, @ZOS_GaryA . I just checked my screenshots folder, and fortunately I found the ticket number and some of the errors I got.

The ticket number is 150202-000736,

and the errors I got (at least from which I have screenshots) are
"An error has occured. Please wait a few minutes and log in again."
Error 201 (Login failed)
Error 315 (Unable to connect to the lobby)
Error 301 (Unable to connect to server)
Error 108 (Login failed)
I got them all I don't know how often. And it happens when I get a loading screen, like enter/exit a dungeon or other interior, no matter which, it's the same with all characters. Or after I got disconnected, I mostly can't go back in, only after several attempts.

Same problem here.

Here is my story.

On 04.02.2015 European morning time I went Vet Dragon Star Arena.

In middle of arena game was unplayable for me. In this situation I switched into my plan B - 3G internet provider. Game was laggy sometimes but was able to log in and play. Was very surprised that when log out after 2 hours and switched back into my main fiber internet provider all was fine.... till evening pvp. So after issue with connection I rolled back into 3G only for 2 hours to have same problems as I had with main internet provider.

And today same issue - went pvp and both my internet providers stopped working in pvp.

Below is attached my speed test for internet connection on one of Frankfurt servers.

Ping: 21ms
Download Speed: 51.38 Mbps
Upload Speed: 4.33 Mbps

Two internet providers can not be issue at same time.

@Baragorath Seems I'm not the only one then..
I'm still having this issue, I get disconnected all the time, mostly during loading screens.

I did that speed test, too (also same server), and the Ping is around 20, Down speed around 16 Mbps and Up speed around 3 Mbps, that's the normal and highest speed I usually have. It's just the game that can't stay connected for some reason.

What I also noticed is the sound my PC does (or does not, in this case), during the loading screens that loud noise goes down when the memory gets emptied from the previous zone (interior/exterior) stuff and doesn't load anything new. Means, when the PC is quiet, it's time to finally forcequit the game. After this or when the game crashed/quits on its own, I always have problems to login back to the game, I get the error codes I posted above (it's still the case).

Also, there's still a huge delay in the launcher where it shows the realm status, when I open the launcher, it can take about half a minute (or more) to even show if the server is on- or offline. And even when it shows it's online, it doesn't mean that I can login/connect.
