Cloak and Stealth

Has anyone tested Shadow Cloak/Dark Cloak/Shadowy Disguise yet? Any idea if it breaks constantly when more than one enemy is on the screen or when you have DoTs active or if most mobs still see right through it?
And stealth in general, is it working differently? I know they changed the reticle but haven't heard much else. Someone casually mentioned that "stealth is line of sight now," but I have no idea what that changes. Does that mean you can't go into stealth if you're in an open field when someone is looking in your direction no matter how far away they are or something? If so, does that mean you can use Cloak to break LoS and actually enter stealth from that point?
I've also read that being near a keep or resource causes you to be detected basically no matter what, although someone else mentioned that they believe the guards weren't able to see them even though it said they were detected.
I'd love to hear some feedback from people who've tested some of this. I'd try it out myself but I can't fit another copy of the game on my computer in order to log in to the PTS.

LilChihuahua✭✭✭I think DoTs and snare forces you out of cloak. At least from what I've been experiencing
