Still haven't received Dwarven Sphere

I have been subbed since May 30th, and not counting the initial 30 days free game time, I am coming up on 7 months paid sub. I have yet to receive my Dwarven Sphere.
The same thing happened with my Ice Wraith. I had to contact support to get that one too.
