NEW Guild US - Seeking "high lvl" Guildmasters - we are 4 now and seek 6 more !

We have Pro Webdesign and TeamSpeak - We a building a new guild and are looking for 6 more people to fill our Guildmaster spot. The Top will be made out of 10 guildmasters that decide everything together and not only 1 person on the top take all the decisions The Guild will be made as a Community with more interaction with the Members that's why its important for us that you like to be active in the game and chat and on TS.
Background information.
I'm the owner of a webhosting company so I granted our guild a big website where our members can be active. We also provided a TS server and it will be upgraded as we get more and more members. I have a lot of experience in building up Community's so I know one of the most important things is the people you have on your side to help you build it up.
The idea with the guild is to make a community where people know each other and have fun together that is why its important the you can encourage members to come to our website and TS. The Guild should also be there to help there members lvl up so the bank will be open for members so the have the items needed for this.
We will make PVE, PVP run and more and make contests where large groups from different alliances inside our guild will fight each other in a battle for glory and prizes.
You should be.
A social person ingame, active and with a nice attitude.
