The special Reward for subscribers from launch.

I know it seems like a small thing but I really like those kind of special one time rewards.

The issue is this. I have been a subscriber since launch, except a day or two when my auto pay failed. It did not fail for lack of funds in my account or anything like that and was/is the same card that had been billed since day one. To be honest I'm still not sure what the problem was and ultimately I had to Email support for them to correct the problem. I have the support ticket to confirm this.

It's not a deal, and I am not going to throw a fit or anything. I just want to know if this will cause me to lose out on the gift and if so is there anything that I can do about it?

Here is the body of the Email.
    Hello Zac,

Thank you for contacting the team of Elder Scrolls Online regarding the payment via credit card.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble paying via credit card but according to our investigation the country you chose did not match your actual address so we changed it in your account and the issue should be solved now.

If you are still experiencing issues with paying with your credit card you can try to clear your browser history, cookies, and cache, or try a different web browser.

We apologize for the inconvenience and please let us know if the issue is now solved.

    Kind regards,

    Stephan

I am getting an unable to process order or whatever on my Credit Card.
It is the Card that I had my recurring payment set up threw since April. Please help! thanks

The thing about the country not matching must have been some kind of bug as I had not even looked at my billing info or account page at all since I had first set it up back in April. It was an auto pay that failed and then would not take my card when I tried to fix it myself.

So you can see why am not sure how a Country that "I" chose did not match my address because it was an auto pay that had been working previously.

    Hey there @Disappearingone,

At the present moment, we don't have any additional information on this particular reward. Once everything has been determined, we'll be sure to let folks know the eligibility criteria.

I will wait semi-patiently :\ for info. (lol)

I wonder if all the requirement is you paid every month. So if sub lapsed for a couple days or a week you should still be eligible right?

I am curious as well. My sub has lapsed only for a couple of hours (the CC that was used to set up a 6 month recurring sub expired in meantime and i had to punch in the new one). We'll see.

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team! To be eligible for either of the loyalty rewards, you must meet the following requirements:

The player's account must not be banned.
The three or six months of subscription time must have been both paid for and completed by the time the next fulfillment occurs.
The 90 or 180 days of completed subscription time does not include any complimentary game time (such as the 30 days of free time included with the purchase of the game or compensation time applied by Customer Support).

Eligibility does not require three or six consecutive months of paid subscription time.
The next wave of loyalty rewards will be delivered in the upcoming months!
    Warm Regards,
    The Elder Scrolls Online Team
